Terms of Use

1. The service

Inskill Academy (inskillacademy.com and app.inskillacademy.com) is an online learning platform operated by Gneurone Inc.. It gives you access to courses, hands-on tasks, an AI mentor and community features for personal, non-commercial learning.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (4-week, monthly, yearly or lifetime). Recurring plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices are shown in USD and may include applicable taxes depending on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we never store your full card number.

4. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided you have completed less than 20% of any course. Renewal payments and lifetime plans after 14 days are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not share your account, scrape or redistribute course content, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the AI mentor to generate unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, tasks, code samples and branding are owned by Gneurone Inc. or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them while your access is active. Code you write in the platform remains yours.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment or income. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
